Hi
My husband is on Vistor visa and came in feb 2014.I applied for CEC with me as principal applicant and my husband as dependent.
My question is i attached only NOA,t4 of mine.I didnt send anything for my dependent as he is on visitor visa and had no SIN.I am i correct or else do i have to send anything for my husband.
Please corect me if i am wrong

Thanks in advance!

You don't have to send T4 and NOA for your husband since he just arrived 2 months ago and is a visitor.

I second that.
One does not have to apply T4/NOA of the dependant.

I second everyone's reply.
Just one question/concern, you were mentioning if you should submit your husband's T4 and/or NOA.
NOA, I could understand but your husband shouldn't have any T4's as he is a visitor and wouldn't be allowed to work.
I hope this is the case!

I think the guys above made it clear, but you shouldn't have to submit anything on behalf of your husband, unless CIC/VO specifically asks for them subsequently.

Hope that helps!

Thanks alot Guys!
