BCGUY.... or anyone who can answer my inquiries..
I'm new here...Im from the Philippines and I'm applying for LCP, i got my first letter from the embassy last January 16, it has the acknowledgement receipt (AOR) and also another letter stating that my employer need to comply w/ all the requirements like T4 or NOA,floor plan, property listing and other legal documents such as building permits..including the employer's supplementary information form w/c my employer have to fill it out and i need to comply it w/in 90days from the date of the letter...(December 16,2008)....this is unusual process of the embassy coz' usually they require it at the last stage of the application.. up to date, my employer is still working on it, because my employer's concern is that her salary is not enough to hire a foreign caregiver, ( it stated in the letter the usual salary bracket of the employer is more than $100k annually hers is just 40-45k) my employer is a single mom she was also divorced, but my employer had a boyfriend (common law partner but not living in her house) and willing to help her by adding his T4 ... do you think my employer's boyfriend T4 will acceptable by the embassy....thank you so much... I'm running out of time to comply with those requirements coz they require it to sent it by mail...(from Canada to Manila)...God speed! and more power!
