T4 / NOA Not sent with application - medicals delay

Hi Friends,
I am starting this thread to track the time lines of applications who have not sent their T4/NOA with their application. I see that this is the reason for MR delay.

please let us know your time lines.. when did you receive medical request after emailing T4/NOA to cpp.

I did not send my T4 and NOA with my application, I applied on April and I still did not get any information back.

which email address you use to send the T4 and NOA?
