My paystubs indicate no tax reduction whatsoever (sort of fellowship)

How can I appy for ECE with the T4 form?

and how do u get t4 without tax reduction???? no tax reduction no t4, therefore not qualified for CEC. u might qualify for PNP though, wait for seniors to suggest for u. Good luck

All postdocs in Canada do pay income tax. In some universities and depending on your source of funding, the taxes are reported on your T4A. If however your taxes were not deducted a priori, you still have to pay your full taxes while doing a tax return. Talk to your HR department for clarification on how taxes are deducted for your specific case.

You are qualified for CEC! Nevertheless, you must clarify your tax information/requirements before applying.
