System Issues while logging in to ARRIMA?

First timer here
I have tried logging in to arrima multiple times but Error: 3000 comes up every time and it is not going through? Can someone help, please? Are you also experiencing the same issue?
Is there a tech helpline that I can call to get this resolved? Thanks, Heaps!
