Hi there,

I graduated from Damascus University. I need my Bachelor certification to be evaluated by WES.
how I can communicate with the university and ask them to send my certificate and transcripts to WES. despite the fact, I'm Jordanian and cannot get to Syria because of the war there.

does the Syrian embassy in Jordan help? is so, does WES accept such way?

your advise please.

nice lady

I got my documents from The Arab Academy in Syria ... what I did is the following:
1- I prepared the form and everything and got the documents from them and asked them to put it in an envelope and Seal it and stamp it as required.
2- I asked them to go with the office guy to Aramex to ship the documents in the name of the Academy (not in my personal name) ... which they were very nice and cooperative to do... (they don't pay the fees in my case ... and I believe Damascus Uni won't do it .. it was about 11,000 SYP with Aramex) :/
3- I got my WES Assessment :)

So what you can do (and with my personal experience in Damascus Uni) ... you need someone (or you) to get the documents for you and put them in a sealed envelope and stamp it ... probably you have to pay someone there in order to get this done ... and also you need to escort someone (the office boy or someone ... with the knowledge of the officer who gave you the stamped documents) ... and send it via Aramex to WES ...

I suggest that you explain the whole situation first and ask them what they can do .... based on their answers you suggest to do as I did ...

Good luck and congrats :)
