Syncing FBI PCC and AOR

Hi Guys,
I am in a bit of a fix here. Since I was too modest to anticipate a good EE score prior to ECA and IELTS results, I didn't apply for FBI PCC. Now that I have gotten my profile ready with a good score (481), I plan to apply for FBI PCC from India this week. Now, most likely I will get an ITA in the next draw (hopefully 27-Jan) and will have 2 month to send the app. Now, assuming I send the FBI PCC request this week, Ill most probably get my PCC by May 2016 end. Based on the posts in this forum, I have noticed that CIC gives 2 months extension.

So, does this mean that I should only upload and submit my app by 1st week of April (assuming PCC comes through by 30-May)? If this logic applies, then I can only accept an ITA from a draw that happens post first week of Feb so that it will allow me to submit my app by 7-Apr.

Is my calculation correct?

If you got an ITA Jan 27th then you only have till March 27th to upload all the docs and submit your application. I've read somewhere on the forum that CIC have provided second extension for FBI PCC. Try to submit your application as close as possible to two months window CIC provides you.

Submit your application and upload a letter of explanation stating that you have applied for FBI PCC and it will take time to come. Then, wait and watch.

Don't decline ITA just because FBI PCC is missing. But , if you are concerned and want to be fully prepared, then you can decide the best course of action for yourself (Decline and hope to get ITA in next round).
