however, I've seen many aug AORs whose bcg status changed on april 17,18,19, those files have been moved to sydney, NS office. could it be possible all of them are in SS?

Just hope you don't get RR....Non-RR cases at Sydney are really quick....
They are just super short-staffed on Visa Officers hence RR gets stuck in a queue that mostly lasts an year

What does RR mean? If i passed criminality and both my eligibility and security are in progress (as per agent), is this a good sign?

I have received two on April 29th. My AOR is 27th Jan, PNP O. First ghost update was on April 5th and then last week but no PPR yet.

Yes, I called them twice last week and was lucky to be able to speak very polite agents both time. I Got to know that everything is passed and most of the application is processed. But havent received PPR until now.
Dont know what they are doing.
