Swop rejected

Reasons:
I will not leave Canada at the end of the day
Original marriage certificate/ proof of relationship is not on file
It's basicallly our mistake that we haven't submitted MRC issued by nadra..
We have applied for the gmc notes
Can any body please guide me what should I write on explanation letter
Is it better to apply swop again ? Or should I go for visit visa?
