My swop is expiring on 31 aug , and my wife have NOC b job , yesterday she got her job letter , but in her letter they mention she works 20-29 hours plus overtime subject to business needs , so my concern is whether it is enough to extend my visa or not ?

Less than 30 hours per week is not full-time employment, so that might be a problem. I am not sure if full-time is mandatory for spouse open work permit eligibility, or if part-time is acceptable.
