Sw-1 Visa and S-1 Visa

I got my study visa approved with SW-1 category. And after that, I changed my program in the same university, but this time my program do not have Co-Op. Will there any issue at the time of immigration at Canada airport that, I received SW-1 visa but I change into Non Co-Op program, So the category of visa change into S-1. Will it affect my immigration?
