We are a group of 5 members who applied Canadian Start Up Visa PR applications in Aug 2022. Medical of all members was done in Dec 23 / Jan 24. First Pre-Arrival Notice was received in Feb 24 & last one was received in Jun 24. Since that time, we are waiting for COPR but nothing is received yet. Can any one in this Forum provide his / her expert advice where we are standing & how much more time IRCC can take, as our Medical will be expired in Dec 24 / Jan 25.

Suggest you read through this thread to see timelines of others who have applied through the program: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/startup-visa-program-timeline.571746/page-168

Estimated processing time is 38 months so you likely have another year or so to wait.

Thanks Scylla! It doesn't depend on medical expiry? When we applied that time Estimated processing time was 32 months. Can IRCC ask for medical to do again?

Current processing times apply to your application. IRCC will either extend your medicals or ask you to take them again. Also possible you might be done in less than 38 months but I wouldn't count on it.

Can any one explain about the time line for SUV program to COPR after getting UCI NO.
Its very difficult to find some one sit down, and spend an hour explaining all the information to you. However, its all available online, login and check it out from IRCC website.

It seems your application is in the final stages. IRCC processing times can vary, but since you’ve received pre-arrival notices, COPR may be issued soon. If the medicals expire, IRCC may request a re-assessment. Consider submitting a webform inquiry for an update, and consult an immigration expert for tailored advice.

@abu bakar, thanks for your opinion.
Since medical of all of us are expired, now waiting for IRCC's further response on having medical again. We are in 30th month since we started this journey. Any idea, how far it will go, though current processing time shows at IRCC site is 40 months?
