Surrey office - Not received oath email , need Citizenship Ceremony invite email id -

Hi All,

My wife is scheduled to take OATH tomorrow i.e. Dec 7th 2022 as per tracker but not received any invite till today. Called IRCC customer care multiple time, but they are not able to track email notifications and not even able to send any. I have submitted webform also but nothing happened.

If any one of you whose office was Surrey, can share email id from which you received oath invite, please let me know here in the forum. I will try to reach out to them.

I have sent email to the citizenship office and received invitation letter from them with in 2 hours. Finally it worked out. For other's reference, below is email id for Surrey IRCC office from which received letter:
