Hello All,
I am about to apply for surrender certificate for myself and my family (Spouse and 8 yrs old kid).
The form says that you need to register first before filling form online. While I have created account for myself and my husband, how do I fill my kid's form?

You can use one login to create different SC applications for yourself and family
For your wife when you enter her details you can use her contact# and email address to create the application
In your child's case you can you either your or wife's contact# and email
