Surrender Indian Passport - Courier ?

Hi there ,
We have run into some confusion after reading the BLS india website about the indian passport surrender process after successfully obtaining Canadian Citizenship. In order to get back the cancelled passport and certificate , they have requested courier fees - and have provided four options.
Regular Courier Service – CAD. 20.00
Express Courier (out of Province) – CAD. 30.00
Courier Pick up and Drop - CAD. 35.00
Courier Pick up and Drop (out of province) - CAD. 50.00

Since we will be getting our passport back from Ontario to Nova Scotia , we know it has to be one of the out of province options, but which one ?
Any thoughts why there are so many different options ?

Considering you are out of province, I guess you have only two options 1) Express Courier or 2) Courier pick up and drop.

BLS published some rules on website, yet call center agents interpret and staff inside the offices got entire different requirements.

Being out of the province, please make sure you comply with their requirement, else you might end up wasting lot of money and time.

Mostly importantly, keep mail tracking records.....

Thanks. We used the Express Courier (out of Province) – CAD. 30.00 option.

The website needs a lot of updating. There is a lot of contradictory information out there.
