Hi, I have submitted online application for surrender certificate. What are the next steps? Do I have to wait or go ahead and schedule an appointment with BLS center and take hard copy of application along with documents.
Can one person submit all surrender documents for the family? Would BLS accept it? Thanks

Submitting online does not do anything. You need to submit it to BLS for the Consulate to process it.
