Surrender certificate

Hello Guys,

Need your advise on what are the next status?

Currently it's "surrender certificate is under review at indian embassy/consulate"

And how much time it takes? I'm from Calgary and Vancouver is our judiciary.

How many days did the application status show 'Surrender certificate has been printed'? What was the next status?

Mine has been showing 'Surrender certificate has been printed' for 3 days now.

Anyone who has submitted SC application at BLS Montreal office?
Walk-in application
I submitted mine on : 6th September, 2023

It still shows Processing at high commission as of 20th October 2023

I was told it will take 3-4 weeks, it is already more than 6 weeks.

Is there a way to reach out to them except calling on the number which they don't pick.

Mine is in that status for 2 weeks now. No change on BLS website.
