hey guyssss...we all are very excited :D and surprised too.... :o
my parents applied for Super visa paper application on 19th Nov. and 20th nov passport reached at New Delhi...after reading online status that passport has been released from Canadian high commission New Delhi, we were all expecting medical request BUTTTTTTT

today they got their passport back within 5 days with super visa 10 years multiple entry sticker in their passport....they didn't even req. medical examination...is it possible??? i mean is their any confusion??...but there is no letter with the passport its just a visa sticker. they are fall in 49-54 yr age group and no past condition.

we all are very happy but also confused too i hope there won't be any mistakes....anyone has similar exp.??? thanks in advance

It certainly is possible. Meds are not mandatory for super visa apps. It is upon discretion of visa officer. You have the sticker on your parents passports so their shouldn't be any confusion left. You shouldn't require letter if visas have been issued.

No..its just a sticker in the passport..there is no any letter with that but its super visa bcoz in the visa sticker, in category section says PG-1 and this is for super visa.....so yaa surprisingly within 5 days without medical examination...Got Super Visa.

Hi,

My situation is exactly same as yours. My parents have also been given supervisa PG-1 without any medical examination.

I am worried that they might be asked to just stay for six months @ POE as no medical examination was done.

Can you please update the status regarding your parents..i mean what happened when they landed in Canada? Were their passports stamped and for how long duration...

My parents are starting from India tomorrow.....please reply asap...Thanks

my parents coming in feb. so lets see..even i heard that if they don't see medical on system then officer will stamp only for 6 months but ask your parents to show them medical insurance papers so they might get for 1 yr atleast.

i am also worried about this...plz you update once your parents are here and let me know for how long duration officer stamped their passport.

Thanks
