Surname diiference

My documents have my parents surname mentioned which is different from the one mentioned on their passport.. they have transfered some funds in my account in form of a gift deed..will those be accepted as the surname of the donar is different from the one mentioned in my profile @legalfalcon and others kindly provide some help

You can include a same name affidavit for the donor and explain it in LoE.
