Surname difference in passport and WES/IELTS

Hi friends.. had a query.. if my passport has after marriage surname but WES report and Ielts result has Before Marriage surname, would that be a problem? I wish to continue my after marriage surname only everywhere..

include marriage certificate and affidavit in your application

I have same problem with WES report and passport surname. Can I create profile and will it be accepted for ITA draws?
