Hey all
This question is for a friend of mine, he was wondering if it is acceptable to use snapshots from email conversations at his work as a supporting proof to him being working at his organization
Please your assistance is appreciated

I wouldn't recommend to use this. Appointment letter, payslips, appraisal letter, tax papers, reference letter signed by a colleague are better options.

I have all the appointment letter, reference letter signed by my supervisor as well as the HR letter on the letterhead but i dont have payslips so i will attach 6 months statement instead. Just wanted to add the emails as an extra support to my application, insights?
