Hello Experts need your advice about support documents verification.. i want to know when we need to submit supporting documents during case filing or on short hearing or before main heaing..

and how IRB verify police reports or anyother supporting documents? they do it from home country or embassy? or they do follow the law what your law says and what your documents stating etc

TIA

For our clients, we submit them together with the Basis of Claim. If we feel we need more, we send anything else we get to keep our files updated.

We do bring everything on hearings as well but they are mostly everything we have already sent in unless something new and important comes in.

I do not work for IRB so cannot speak about verification but I know they are intensive. They work with the embassy closest to the country the person ran away from and everywhere else needed to verify the documents. For example, when we submit medical records, they call the hospital who generated the reports.

They DO NOT just believe documents because there are plenty of fraudulent ones being made. So if that is what you mean by them following the “law”??? No. They do not take your word for it.

perfect reply hospital stuff make sense they can call and verify what about police reports etc? as you must be aware in corroupted countries reports can be hidden or remove if you are fighting against politicians or some mafia what about that? how they process cases in that sense? like you submit report you know you did it your self but no action was taking against it and you submit 2 3 reports in this regards and results are same.. and a person ran away in that sense how they will verify it is quiet confusing as one of my friend applied asylum submitted proofs but when i tried to investigate on his case police is not giving any info and most likely saying we don't have any backlog like that. so does it mean his all proofs will be fake? when he submitted with me and i am a witness of it..TIA

I really don’t know as I do not work for them nor do they disclose to us the specifics. We’ve submitted police reports but what we do is ensure that we (the firm) are the ones ordering the records as authorized by the clients to satisfy ourselves that they are authentic. How the government then verifies that is what I cannot tell you.
