Hi I am 28 years old and currently I am studying Mphil. I and parents want visit Canada .My brother is a PR and he will send us invitation letter and will bare all expenses during our stay. My parents are financially in sound position to support me for this trip. I have been to USA twice (Travel history)

What are my chances of receiving TRV

Being a student, what documents should I attach?

COLLEGE ICARD is enough or should I attach anything else?

Please guide.

The fact that you are 28 (already an adult) and will be supported or dependent on your parents might not look good as the visa officers check whether an applicant can finance their trip.

Enrollment letter to establish that you need to go back as you are still enrolled.

Thanks for your reply.

When I was 24 years of age I was in my Last year of PGDMA, I applied for USA Tourist Visa B1/B2 (was an adult back then too) as dependent adult on my parents. I received 10years VISA.

US visas are much easier to receive.

Ok.Thanks for replying ,with due respect I disagree , USA Tourist visa is equally difficult to receive. Not everyone is granted B1/B2 visa, I witnessed it on the day of interview many people were rejected. Rejection rate of B1/B2 is highest in India

What documents should I produce to support my TRV?

I didn’t say they were easy to get just easier than Canadian. It is well known that Canadian TRVs are harder to get than US visitor visas. Lots of examples on this forum of people with US visas being denied Canadian visas
