Supporting documents for spousal sponsorship

Hello everyone.
Regarding writing the love story? Should I (sponsor) do it or it's supposed to be the principal applicant who is going to do that? Or doesn't matter who will do it between the two of us.

One more thing, is it okay if I (sponsor) will be the one who will send the application package? Or It is required that the principal applicant will do it ?
