Hello,

I need to know the supporting documents that are required for an Express Entry applicant so that we can prepare them while applying.

Principal applicant- Birth certificate, educational certificates, experience certificate, marriage certificate, nikah nama, passport copy, NID copy, financial documents, driving license, parents birth certificate, parents marriage certificate... What else?

Spouse- Birth certificate, educational certificates, passport copy, NID copy, financial documents ... What else?

While it is good to have all the documents ready while you are preparing for your EE profile, you will be leveraged 60 days on receipt of ITA to prepare all docs.

However, you can do away with Driving License, Parents birth certificate, parents marriage certificate.

Make sure the experience certificate conforms to the NOC under which you applying in terms of job responsibilities and the number of hours worked, salary, etc. Hope this helps. All the best

What is a NID?

Also on the CIC site they do not mention Birth Certificate for Spouse, my spouse does not have a valid birth certificate. Is this required?

Ok So I just found this http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/spouse-birth-certificate-a-must-under-ee-t390465.0.html

People here saying PA Birth Certificate itself is not mandatory so don't think spouse BC will be required.

Well @BK7 NID means National ID of my own country.

For applications to CIC, Birth certificate is not required.

However, if you are applying for any PNP, then Birth Certificate is mandatory.
