Hey folks,

I just got a quick question I hope some of the more knowledgeable people on here could answer.

After a lot of back of forth with CIC regarding my work history, I just received a request for: "IMM562E- Supplementary Travel Information".

I did some travelling in Australia from Nov 2008 to Oct 2009, from which I spent approximately 107 days in Melbourne, Victoria and the rest throughout New South Wales.

Their wording is: - Travel History Info Form: Information on your previous travel history (trip duration and purpose) including citizenship and resident document information. - Police Certificate: If you have spent 6 months or more in Victoria, we require a traffic record. If necessary,

I think they just want me to clarify that I did not spend 6 months in Victoria, which I didn't. It will be almost impossible to prove where exactly in Australia I traveled since I was backpacking.

I have seven days to submit a reply, so it'll be impossible for me to get a traffic record to prove I did not reside in Victoria for six months.

Will filling out a document and an attached letter of explanation be sufficient to allay the visa officer's concerns?
