Supplementary Information Your travels Form fill (IMM5562) up problem

Dear Seniros,

Have any one filled up Supplementary Information Your travels Form (IMM5562) ?

I tried to write on this form many times but I could write down on it.I think it is protected.

What should I do ? Shall I write on printed copy with pen ??

Plz guide me ASAP.

Click on the top right corner Tools, then Text and put a mouse on the box where you want to write data and type
