No, this form is not for the Sponsor. It is for you, the Applicant, and any other person on your application, for example if you had dependent children listed on your application.

I don't see it, sorry. The forms have changed. I'll bump this to the top and someone else should be more familiar.
What I saw in the country specific guide was only asking for Supplementary Travel for the Applicant and any accompanying family members (like children)
Not for the Sponsor.

Let's see what anyone else can add to our understanding on that.
