Hi,

So this form needs to be filled by the PA. And, point b in this form asks for travel details of spouse (SPONSOR). So, do I (PA) needs to fill spouse (SPONSOR'S) travel details in this section?

Thanks!

This is a global form, it's in the case the spouse is also sponsored. You don't have to fill b) section if your sponsor is your spouse. :)
