DO YOU KNOW GUYS WHERE I CAN FIND THE LINK THAT DOCUMENTS (SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION – Embassy of Canada, Manila) BECAUSE I NEED TO FILL IT UP ONLINE, I HAD A COPY OF THIS BUT I CANT TYPE ON IT BECAUSE IT'S LIKE PICTURE THAT SCAN..AND THE EMBASSY NEED ONLINE FILING I HAD ALREADY THE OTHER DOCUMENTS EXCEPT THIS ONE..

I don't think the form can filled up online. You can print it fill it up and then scan it. Is online application already available in the Philippines?

i call the client service representative and she want me to fill the form like IMM 5257 and IMM 5645 and print it actually these 2 form are done already except for SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION because i can't write anything on it because this already scanned can't edit..if you know the link for these pls passed to me..and the representative told me they are not accepting hand written..thx sir..

You should have asked them for the link because the website of the Canadian Embassy in the Philippines does not have fillable form. Note the date on the forms available at cic.gc.ca are dated 2011 where as the one at canadainternational.gc.ca/philippines is dated 2010.

You can always print the form, type in the answers, scan and attach it with the file you are submitting online. Does the Philippines now accept online submission as opposed to the one picked up by courier?

no, you answer it online, then print it..then the courier will pick it up..
