SuperVisa while PR in process ! HELP PLEASE

Hi Experts,

1. My Mom's PGP PR application's current status is Medical Rcvd. My LVO is London.
2. Does anyone know how long it roughly takes to get PR from the medical received status.
3. I plan to apply for Super Visa. Does it contradict with her intension of settled permanently in Canada?

Applying super visa or temporary visa for you mom while PR application is in progress does not contradict. Go ahead and apply for super visa or visit visa. If she is already in Canada and you get a passport request you will have an option to send the passport to Ottawa for visa stamp and then just go to USA border (you don't need usa visa or even to enter into USA) for flag polling and get the immigration formalities at Canadian border upon entry. Your Mom does not need to leave Canada for passport stamp.

Regarding how much time will take, in fact no one knows when. There is no pattern. Normally after the medical and PCC it should be with 6-9 months.

I have another question. Is it any specific application documents for super visa or it falls under temporary visit visa.?
