I have applied for my mother from Pakistan.
Applied on Sept 16, 2020
Biometric updated on Sept 17, 2020
Medical request on Nov 20, 2020
Medical done on Dec 3, 2020
Medical passed ob Dec 9, 2020
Since then no reply yet.
Any idea if they are issuing supervisa in new year.
 
Hello-I also applied for my parents super visa in September and still waiting. I have not received anything after biometrics
Can you tell me if you sent them an email that your parents are exempt from travel restrictions?

hi i applied for my mother in sep2020. she already done biometric but no medical request yet or any update, can you tell did you send any e.mail to cic that your parents are exempt from travel restrictions. thanks

- after 2 months of application submission
- after medical pass
- after 1 month of medical pass

I sent them emails 3 times
1st - after 2 months of application submission
2nd - after medical pass
3rd - after 1 month of medical pass
I am on pr
 
My mom is here, thanks to God.
At airport, there was not as such checking however, she needs to report her symptoms daily on ArriveCAN
