If a host is living separately from their spouse but is not divorced, filing taxes separately, and wants to sponsor their parents, what would their family size be? There are no children and no previous sponsorship undertakings.
Sponsorship is for PGP (you asked that question in another thread). It will depend on how long you have been separated and whether you meet requirements not to include.

Supervisa isn’t a sponsorship. Parents are just visitors intending to visit for a longer period than a traditional visitor. That is why IRCC wants to see you afford the burden of the additional expenses that comes with someone visiting for more than a few months. Would suggest planning to qualify for 3 people to simplify your life.

Until you are divorced or legally separated, you need to count your spouse in the family size. If you are trying to apply for supervisa for both parents, use family size of 4.
