Supervisa requirements

Hello guys, 2 questions.

1. Do ties to own country play a huge part in getting the Supervisa?

2. If I am short by a few thousand for the LICO, can, say, my father co-sign (His income is much higher)

I think ties to the home country play a large role, because they want to make sure that the perspn has something to come back to and will not stay in Canada. As far as LICO, I doubt that your father can co-sign, I believe they want to see your wife's and your income combined!
