Hello Gents & Ladies,
Hoping someone can help me with the question(s), My parents have valid super-visa till August 2017 (Same validity as their current passport), They are in process of renewing the passport and I am planning to calling them here in May-June 2017 period! So they will have a new passport and valid visa till August 2017 on Old passport.

So My questions is how early can I re-apply for Supervisa if its expiring in August 2017 with a New Passport so that they can come here on fresh supervisa?
My father is 67 years old, just wondering, any trouble getting Super-Visa at this age? (though I will have $100,000 insurance (each) for sure as requirement for both of them)

Thank You for time & effort with this, really appreciate it!

No earlier than 45 days, in fact it is recommended that it should be just after the TRV has expired.

No.
