They needed insurance paid for. So that the reason for rejection. No reason to continue with medicals since the application wasn’t complete.We don’t receive a request to complete medical. They usually send out a letter when medical is requested in order to make appointments.
Regarding insurance, we received the plans for the provider but I believe the insurance application was not processed - my sister was taking care of it and there has been a misunderstanding.
You need to make sure the insurance policy was actually purchased. You need to sort this out before applying again.
