Hello - I am trying to re-apply for my mother's supervisa on the new IRCC portal. We had submitted an application in May 2020 on the old portal and are still waiting to hear back. However, I decided to put in another application on the new portal. Now, after filling in all the information, including the medical that was done for the old application (which is still valid since it is less than one year old), it doesn't give me an option to pay for super-visa. The only option am getting is to pay for a visitor visa which is $100. Am I missing something here? Has anyone faced similar issues and managed to resolve it? Please let me know. Thanks in advance.
