GOOD DAY I WOULD LIKE TO ASK ANYONE HERE WHO APPLIED FOR THEIR PARENTS FOR SUPERVISA IN CANADIAN EMBASSY IN MANILA WHICH OFFICIAL COURIER DO THEY USE? AND ALSO DO I NEED TO INCLUDE MY MOM'S PASSPORT ON THE APPLICATION/. OR SHOULD WAIT FOR THEM TO TOLD ME THANKS

Hello ! Are you applying by paper application or online? If it is paper application, it should be submitted to VFS Manila. Canadian Embassy Manila does not accept applications directly from applicants. VFs is the third party.

They will accept all couriers, LBC, 2Go, etc.

Hi everyone!

Submitted my mother in laws supervisa application last 2/19 via online. Received submission confirmation notification via email. I’m anxious to find out the result so can anybody plsase help advise your experiences and turn around time?

My mother in law did upfront medical exams already and e-medival form was included in the application itself.

Always check your email for furtherance tests, if review of medical changed to Passed in the online account, in my mom's case, after a week of that, the final decision changed from pending to approved. The next day was the PPR, then send the passport to VFS Manila or Cebu.

Review of medical results: You passed the medical exam.
Final decision: Your application was approved. You need to send us your valid passport to finalize your application. Check your messages below for details.

Thank you! I am checking mails everyday this week. I sent a note to the clinic as well to check if they have submitted to IRCC. How long was the processing time for you?

Hi

Can I use this email add to address a refusal letter? We received refusal letter and it says we didn’t attach supervisa medical insurance and hosts income supporting documents but they are all there together with our invitation letter PDF file. Maybe they didn’t see it.

Please advise.

Did you submit NOA?
Medical insurance and NOA should have their own upload tab,
weird that they didn’t see them if you attached them as they could be more than 5 pages.

Only medical test has its own upload link. The rests of our supporting docs with medical insurance $100,000 were part of the more than 20 pages long invitation letter where I indicated that all our docs are there along with the invitation letter to support our case. I also feel that I should have included our income proof under financial supporting link. I feel so demotivated. Should I write first or reapply and explain that its all there in the cover letter?

Bank statements
Certificate of bank balance
Mortgage statement to prove owned property
