Supervisa medical tests

I applied for my mother's super visa and she got a medical request. She has diabetes, which is always under control. I have the following questions:

1. Why did the officer ask for non-EDE whereas she is not immigrating to Canada?
2. If her kidney function is ok, but urinalysis has some issue, can that be a problem?
3. Lastly, in how many days are the medical results updated in MyCIC account?
