Supervisa income change from May 2023

Hello all,
Applied April 30, for 5 people income was $57089 now from May 4, income changed to $57900.
Our income was time of application $57500
Now mom got refused letter yesterday!
I need your help and support how come they refused without looking at the time of application income they asking was less after applied changes. Is it our mistake or there?
Please help…

What were reasons for refusal? What year is your NOA? Income is based on year so LICO for 2023 since you applied in 2023. LICO for 2022 was $56,104 now for 2023 it has increased.

You could try and ask for reconsideration but LICO is based on a year, not a month.

U have to reassessed the tax return from CRA and make it 60000$ at least then reapply then no issue that’s it . I also applied last 2 years back super visa with 6 persons for mom n dad at that time LICO was different that current now but fortunately they asked me the current NOA of 2022 I provided. They have prejudice with your application , but reapply.

So you’re basically saying they have to add income or find income they “ forgot “ to add to their tax return ? In other words they never included income in the first place to pay taxes on ?
That’s playing with fire . And more than likely can result in multiple years in the past being audited for “ forgotten” income and subsequent years . Btw it has to be REAL income , supported by documentation, not “ imaginary “ income

Who do you mean when you say “the prejudice.” CRA has nothing to do with IRCC. LICO is set and the OP doesn’t meet LICO. So you want OP to ask CRA to assess them for more income that they cannot actually show.

You’re suggesting, as mentioned earlier , for the individual to “ make up income “ so they hit the LICO amount . How exactly isn’t this wrong ? Tbh , have no clue what you’re going on about with the word “ prejudice “.
