Hi
I'm helping grand parent, supervisa holder, to extend visitor visa for 2nd time.
they he arrived, he only received 6 months stamp. We applied for extension 6 months ago and only received additional 6 month,(so much hassle to stay longer when CIC promote super visa like it's THE solution to not winning the lottery...).
one of the question is "have you had medical exam in past 12 months", which he did, in Canada, 6 months ago when he applied for extension 1st time.
If I answer it yes, it asks me to submit Proof of upfront medical exam (required).
Which we can't, because test result goes from doctor to CIC, we do not have a copy.
Does this mean, we have to take the test AGAIN????
funny thing is if I answer it, No
He is not required to submit proof of medical exam.
I don't understand why they are asking for new test
