Hi
my in-laws has supervisa, they stayed for 2 years then they went back.
Now they want to re visit, what do they need to do to get another 2 years visa?
Do they need to go through the whole process again, with proof of my income, medical etc etc?
Do they need 2 years of medical insurance?

thanks

You said that your in-laws HAS SuperVisa. So, if it's still valid; why do they need any other visa then? Is it expiring soon? SuperVisa is a multiple entry visa by default.

They may have to show at least 1-year medical insurance once they re-enter. The POE officer may-may not want to check all docs. But he will; then you have to show. BTW, if they are willing to stay that long; shouldn't you buy the insurance anyway?

Rossei is right. In theory medical insurance is required on each entry for Super Visa holders. In practice, only when you first apply will be it checked rigorously. For all subsequent entries the process is much less rigid. Medical checks are not required anymore since you already have the visa.

What happens in practice is that people opt to apply for insurance coverage only for the duration of stay- a few months usually. Doing this is usually a safe bet- you can always extend or increase coverage if it was requested by the immigration.

In this case what you would need is a regular visitors policy with flexible coverage and duration options:
