Cathy1984, Yun father ko mas less pa jan ang pinakita nyang proof of funds.. Basta maibigay mo lang yun mga requirements na kailangan.. Good luck

thanks po sa reply..im just want to share lang po ung situation ko....plan ko po tlgang invite ung mom ko dito hanggang 6 mos..but im just bit worried po kung maaprove xa...my mom is 59 years old and they are self employed..may farm po cla pero ang farm nila walang title..rights lang at nagaalaga cla ng mga hayop like cows and goats..un po ung kinbubuhay po nila..tapos po care taker din po cla ng lupa...gsto ko lng po malamn ung nabnggit q ay pwde na po..at maapprove po xa.....and may savings din po xa sa bank.. in my situation po qualified nmn aq sa LICO n cnsbi nila ..but im just renting a house po..so im just wondering po kung ok lng po na wala aqng sariling house here...hope u guyss help me in this situation..thank u so much and godbless

Hello NT_PH I think it's important na ma-prove na kaya natin suportahan ang parents natin kaya nila hinihingi yun proof ng income natin at nilalagay natin sa invitation letter natin para sa parents natin na we will be responsible sa lahat ng expenses ng parents natin pagdating nila dito. How's your application pala sa parents mo?

hello sis naleen03 . thanks once again. hintay ko pa ung Print C nang asawa ko same time ung passport din nang mama ko. nov. 16 pa kasi ang release. ako kasi ang nag fill out nang application niya. un nalang ko lang ko para mavalidate. god bless , take care

I just want to ask kung kailangan pa ng photocopy of canadian passport sa documents na issubmit, It doesnt say kung kailangan sa checklist, or namiss ko lang..I am applying a super visa for my mom..Please let me know. Thanks

HI Kababayans,

My parents will also apply for Super Visa next week. My dad has retired and they want to go and visit my sister in Canada this Feb/March.
Can you kindly check if the following dox that we will submit are complete and correct?

1. Application for TRV (IMM5257) - both of them have separate forms

2. Family Information (IMM 5645) - question: need pa po ba ito? kc both parents ko have 8 siblings at matatanda na, they dont also know their siblings whereabouts kaya hindi nila mafil up ung portion ng sibling details. :'(

3. Schedule 1 - Application for TRV (IMM 5257 - Shedule 1)

4. Statutory Declaration of Common Law Union (IMM5409) - N/A

5. Use of a Representative (IMM 5476) - N/A

6. Fee Payment - bank draft amounting to two 150.00 CAD payable to the Receiver General Canada

7. Valid Passports - kakarenew lang nila

8. Two photos each with name and DOB at the back

9. Proof of financial support (my sister in Canada created a letter stating her financial support to my parents, notarized in Canada)

10. Letter of Invitation from my sister, also notarized in Canada

11. Copy of Notice of Assessment to prove my sister met the LICO (sa Feb pa kc daw makukuha ung T4)

12. Birth certificate and baptismal certificate of my sister.

13. Proof of medical insurance coverage for 1 year with a Canadian Insurance Company

Isasama pa namin dito ung bank certificates of deposits ng parents ko sa BDO as proof na my pera sila sa travel, then ung property titles nila dito sa e isasama na rin pra may proof ng strong ties. Saka andito naman kaming natitira nilang anak kaya babalik talaga sila dito.

2. Family Information (IMM 5645 - Kailangan parin ito just to show kung may ibang family members kayo na nasa abroad din. Iisipin kasi nila na baka may ibang matatakbuhan parents mo.
11. Copy of Notice of Assessment - pwede na yan, iyan din ang ipinadala ko sa application ng nanay ko.
13. Proof of medical insurance coverage for 1 year with a Canadian Insurance Company - make sure na ipapadala ng ate mo ang complete insurance and policy documents, very strict sila pagdating dito. Also make sure na ang insurance coverage is maximum $100K.

The rest of the documents are ok.

thanks much sa input mo.. ung mga kapatid sa side ng tatay ko e lahat nasa Europe, kso ung mga birthdates ang mahirap kc hindi nya alam kya bka tanungin namin isa isa..

btw, about sa bank draft, ano pinadala mo? in CAD or in PHP?
okei nmn ung insurance nila, max of 100k ung coverage each..
balak din namin isama ung NBI nila kc baka hingin later on, tutal ready n din nmn..

sa Ontario sila ppunta.. 5 years ng nakatira dun ate ko..
Okei naba ung visa ng nanay mo? ilang araw inabot?
saka bka my marerecommend kang hospital for medical, saka kung magkano, hehe.. salamat ng marami..
