i applied super visa for my mom because i haven't seen her for 7 years now.
1. make sure you submit exactly what they ask from the requirement list.
2. they have to call the visa office in manila which honestly very frustrating because there is a rate per minute to call. it would prompt you into different issues before getting what information and service you need, obviously they drag to get to the bottom to get more money. by the way itis 30+ pesos per minute, we ended up having almost 3000 pesos of bill for that call alone, also, when my mom reached a person she has been asking her questions that has nothing to do with super visa, as my mom is inexperienced she listened and answered all her query thinking she really knows her job, when i asked my mom what transpired, i have learned this particular CSR is talking about tourist visa all the while my mother already told her it is a super visa, this line is design for money making, she even made my mom so anxious by telling her that she answered some of the questins wrong, this info for us were unnecessary and not helpful, we wasted money and time and it is on another next gruelling call we got what we need an info that AIR 21 is the official courier to pick up the documents and there is already a return postage package so when a decision has been made it will be returned by the same courier company. you have to be ready to pay them in cash , the CSR will give you instruction for the pick up.
3. visa office will review requirements and send necessary action after - medical request if all doc are alright, after medical you have to wait more or less for us 41 - 55 busines day to receive your visa (whatever decision)
HOPE THIS INFO HELPS
