Supervisa for UK parents - how long?

The how long will it take tool on the website has not offered any data for UK applications since before Christmas.
When we applied in Dec 2022, with upfront medicals, estimates were c 180 days. Last stats I saw were 420 days before Christmas, and now no data available.
Our upfront medicals didn't get picked up by the system. At c 7 months they asked us to attend medicals, re uploaded the info for the original and got confirmation. Then got rejection because we had not had medical (!) Applied again, but original applications re-opened when they finally got around to looking at the uploads in Sept. Medicals then accepted. But Jan 2024 had to have medicals again, as originals were more than 12 months old by then! That's done, and we've passed the medicals .... but 14 months in, and who knows how long! Any UK applicants able to offer experience?

Hi Becky... yes, we finally heard a few weeks after my post in Feb - so about 16 months. My wife's came in a few weeks after mine for some reason. We did call them at one point (can only do that from within Canada), to check whether our medicals had been properly registered this time. If you can, call them - 18 months and not asked for medical looks like a long time. I think if you can talk to one of their service agents, it might get nudged up the list.
