Supervisa for parents already in Canada

Hi guys I read some posts here saying you cannot apply for supervisa for parents already in canada on Temporary visa. But here is my logic. Let me know if you see a gap.

1) medical can be done from any country IRCC will accept any of them. So you can get it done from Canada

2) application is online. Apply as if you are back home and submit it.

3) when application is completed send passport by DHL to country or visa processing center with prepaid return to canada.

4) if biometrics are needed drive to us border (my parents have US visa) do the loop and comeback to Canada.

What do you guys think?

Guess if you want to tempt a path to misrepresentation by signing an application off pretending that it is being submitted from outside Canada then your decision. (3) might be a give away they are not in home country. Above personal view only.

An alternative is to apply to extend the stay for up to 2 years.
