Hi Everyone,
My father expired a week ago. My mother is in her home country (She is 65 Years Old and in perfect health). She lives with my sister in Pakistan (who is unmarried). My sister works in Pakistan and my mother has at least 2 properties in her name with attorney powers of more, and other assets. She also has a reasonable balance in bank.
Even before my fathers death I wanted her to come over for my wife delivery in November, and want her to stay for 3 or so months after. in Total, at least 7 to 8 months. She will eventually return with my wife to Pakistan, where my wife will meet her parents and introduce the baby to them. I want to apply for super visa. I meet the LICO requirements and can prove them with a job letter / payslips in a credible organizations.
I have following questions, if anyone can shed some light on:
1) Should I also show my brother's job letter to strengthen LICO requirements. My brother lives in another province in Canada on work permit. My mother plan to stops by on her way in and out of the country. Otherwise she will mostly remain with me.
2) In form IMM5645E (Family information), it asks if my sister will accompany her to Canada. My sister does not plan to travel with my mother but is not sure as she is working and will see if she can get leaves when time comes. She already has a visit visa for Canada (expiring in early 2020). Should I tick 'no' in that form? If so, what happens if she decides to come with my mother?
3) What else can I show to prove that she plans to return home after 7 or so months? She actually will return as she has to look after our property, taxes, my sister, her medical checkups etc
