SuperVisa for MIL refused after procedural fainness Letter

So Todag I got the rejection of my MIL Super Visa after I recieved the procedural fairness letter about misrepresentation of visa rejections.

I dont think they have mentioned the ban so i guess she is not banned.

I am planning to apply again in a week since I have all the documents ready

Looking for advice if I can use the same bank statements and documents and update the previous application form with new details.
Also can I use the same invitation le

Can you post the letter without identifying information so we can see if there is a ban.

visa application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not
meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration
and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following
grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you have truthfully answered all questions in the documents you
have submitted in support of your application, as required by subsection 16(1) of the IRPA.
Specifically, I am not satisfied that the following information is truthful: Responses to statutory

You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
