Can someone please provide a list of all the documents needed for the supervisa process? Additionally, how do I prove that my mother will return home? She has some bank accounts and CDs. Would that suffice?

She will need more than financial information. Do you still have your grandparent in the home country and your mother shall return to care for them by end of each stay in Canada? It will be similar to what you did for your mom's regular visitor visa couple years ago.
