Supervisa - Chandigarh Office Timeline

Hi there,

I applied for my dad through paper application, he submitted via VFS. He applied on March 21st and Medical was requested April 5th, Medical completed by april 8th and passport submitted April 13th but have not heard ever since?????? can someone help me if this is normal timeline? what are my options if it isn’t and would really be helpful if someone close to these timelines can post theirs if they have received the visa.

Its been two weeks since I have contacted them but no response from them either? What type of notes can i request? GCMS or CAIPS? is there a difference?

Hi,
I applied for supervisa for my mom in October 2015. Her medical completed in Jan 2016. And after that there is no updates. We sent many emails to the Delhi immigration center and did not get any updates yet. Could you please let me know how to contact them?

Did you apply at Chandigarh or Delhi Office?

Process time is around 2 months? Send email to your visa office.

I have sent an email but no response at all, it said, reply could take 28 business days so waiting for that. I am not sure what is the hold up. Is there anyone else who applied for SuperVisa in Chandigarh, but if you can post your timelines, it would be helpful.
